Navigating Parenting During COVID-19

“As a parent myself, I imagine that you, too, are struggling to balance work, child care, and self-care while keeping worries — both your children’s and your own — somewhat manageable. This workshop provides some tips about how to navigate being confined at home, perhaps with younger children who are thrilled with so much parental attention, or perhaps with adolescents who likely feel a bit differently. We also explore how to discuss the pandemic in a way that will be reassuring and learn a few ways to shore up our resiliency.”
